Yes I'm still alive......I just have the winter blues. I am so ready for the warm weather. No good flea markets, no gardening, no basking in the sun. What's a girl to do? Clean her house? That's no fun. Ooh... I got it skype. When one of your very dear friends is across the country...Skype. That's what I did. I felt like I was over her house tonight. My friend JoAnnA of Mosshill studio and I had a blast showing each other things tonight in our studios. I wish we lived closer, even though it did seem like we spent time together tonight. You should try it some time. It's the next best thing to spending the day together. I'll leave you with one of my cute little dollies.

I'm at it again....new banner. What'd ya think ? I think I'm just gonna keep on changing it . I'm having fun. What the heck ! In the new banner I have a picture of two of my dolls. The one to the right is Big Girl. She has such a huge head, the Pixie and I just started calling her big girl a couple of years ago and it just stuck. The other doll is the second doll that I owned in my life. I was about 8 and she was my first antique store purchase. So needless to say, I've had her for quite a long time.
Well that's about it.... off to a basketball game

How cool

Photoshop Elements........is the coolest!!!!! I'm having so much fun with my new camera. I'm learning how to work with photoshop. This is all new to me, it's a lot of trial and error. In my case more error, but I've enjoyed every minute of it. It's amazing what you can do to a couple of plain pictures from your studio. I'm so proud of myself. The technical stuff is not my thing. I'm a feel it in my hands and mold it kinda girl. He he that didn't come out right. You know what I mean.

To be this photogenic.........I found this sweet little girl while out and about with the Pixie a few months ago. We really don't know any info on her. We just fell in love with her. Her pretty little smile and those bright eyes, how could you not love her?

I think I'm getting a little bit better at taking pictures. That's not saying much, since I'm god awful. I had a lot of fun taking pictures of my favorite friends in my studio. This little guy so proudly sits on top of my favorite cabinet. My chair sits facing him while I'm creating. He's quite the inspiring view! Jane

I can't believe how fast the holidays breeze right by. Christmas was wonderful....it just went to fast. Took a few pics of the house to savor the holiday spirit. Santa was very good to the little pixie. Guess she's not that little anymore. She was thrilled. Without her, Christmas would have been really tough, since it was my first without Mom. Seeing the beautiful smile on the pixie's face, just lights up my heart. Grandma would have been proud. More pics soon..... after I finish reading the instructions (for the first time in my life) of my new camera. Thanks Santa!
